Vat for conveyancing.
Purchase
Tax (Stamp Duty) applies
to residential property and ranges from:
3% up to €75,000
5% from €75,001-€150,00
8% on everything over €150,000/.
There is an Annual
Residential Property Tax the
percentage charged is as follows:
0% up to €150,000
0.2% between €150,000-375,000
0.3% between €375,001-750,000
0.35% on everything over €750,001
Britain,
Ireland & most EU countries operate a Double Taxation
Relief Agreement with Cyprus.
